B&W Basic Protector Set - Extra foam and spacers for maximum protection

Every part of your bike is protected: The B&W protector kit consists of a chain guard, TSA lock, two foam tubes, two spacers for dropouts and two distance keepers for the fork. The spacers, made from high quality black foam, and foam tubes can be used in a variety of ways to secure and cushion the frame and other parts of the bike. This ensures that all packed items stay in place and cannot slip around in the case and be damaged.

Securely fix and protect your bike's frame, handlebars and seat post
To keep your bike as compact as possible when travelling, competing or touring, you need to remove the wheels, handlebars and possibly the saddle. Two extra universal spacers
The universal spacers in the protector kit make it easy to connect two bike parts together. They are strong enough to prevent them from being damaged or falling out of the case during transport. For example, the spacers can be used to attach a removed handlebar to the frame or a seat post to the frame.

Two high quality foam tubes for fragile parts
Two tubes of flexible yet very strong black foam are used in the case wherever additional padding is desired or required for the safety of the bike. For example, the tubes can be attached to the frame, fork or seat post for extra protection.

Two Distance Keeper
The Distance Keeper is a variable spacer (can be pulled out to the desired length) with TPE padding to protect fork and frame of the bike from compression while travelling by air or car. Min./Max.Length - 100mm/157mm.
